Browser or mobile? Identify your Crystal Saga Nova version
The R2Games catalog lists browser and mobile entries separately. That is enough reason to check compatibility; it is not proof that all accounts, characters or codes transfer between them.

Before creating a character
- Record the exact product name and app or website address you are using.
- Confirm the login method. A similar display name does not prove it is the same account.
- Read the server selector in the client. We do not maintain a live population or server-opening feed.
- If joining friends, compare region, version and the exact server label before spending.
- Check the event clock inside the client. Your local midnight may not be the server reset.
New server or established server?
Use practical criteria rather than a fabricated population table. Check where your friends play, whether the event schedule suits your timezone, and whether you can find an active group. A newly numbered server alone does not establish a fairer economy or easier progression.
Missing a character after changing device?
First compare login method and server label. Next establish whether you installed a different edition. Do not create additional purchases to test whether progress will merge. If the official account interface cannot resolve the mismatch, send support the product, server and error details without sharing credentials here.
